Bad management?
My wife and I have been here several times, because we liked the food, in theory. However, our service has been bad nearly every time. What's more, there never seem to be consistent policies in place for dealing with problems. The last time, our server seemed afraid to escalate our situation to a supervisor, despite the fact that both of our entrees were wrong.
