My general Doctors office
I find it very easy to schedule an appointment here, they are very accomidating to my schedule. I like the Dr here. He asks a lot of questions and is very complete in his exam. He spends a lot of time with the patients and truely cares. The receptionist's in here area wonderful and very friendly. The office is a little older, but they have a comforatable waiting room.

Unfriendly - unreal!!!!
New to Phx, after moving re injuried my shoulder and back (old college hockey injury) would not agree to see me without a release from my collect Dr. (13 years ago), my medical records from the injury from 13 years ago. The staffer that answered the call did not even care when I said i would find a different Doctor. If someone can tell me the Doctor who treated me for my injury in 1994, please do so so I can see a Dr. at Chandler Family Care.

My kind of doctor
I found Dr. Meyerowitz to be knowledgeable and direct. And while he took control once I described my condition, he was more than receptive and understanding to my point of view. In other words, my kind of doctor.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE!
I think Dr. Meyerowitz is a terrible physician. First of all the office staff is rude and talk down to you. Even Dr. Meyerowitz is condescending. He is abrupt, caustic, and takes very little time with you when you go in for an office visit. In addition, he prescribed me two medications that are condtraindicated, and I spent a week in and out of the hospital due to episdoes of passing out. My head actually went through a wall during one episode, and I tore some tendons and comletely messed up my ankle on another fall. Before I knew what was happening, I also had a car accident. Luckily, I did not hit someone or another car, but blacked out, and ran over a center divider, doing $800 in damage to my car. They could find nothing wrong with me in the hospital, and I finally pulled out the PI, and in bold writing, the two medications that he prescribed were containdicated. Also, once I went into his office, and he yells the results of a test from behind the reception area so that others in tWorldwide > United States > Chandler, AZ > Hospitals and Medical Centers
