Stay away!
My roof leaked the whole time I lived there- right into my closet. maintenance came in without leaving notes as to the fact that they were they and why they were there. When I left I had the apartment manager inspect to ensure everything was up to her standards. Although she said it was, she refused to give me a letter stating so. Three years later I get a letter from a collections agency stating I owe $200.
