I was recently contacted by an attorney regarding this company and it appears that through my experience and that of many others there is an impending civil suit. Be aware of this the company will keep 23% of your income and you will, I REPEAT, you will not get it back. Evidently the paperwork I received is pursuing the charge back monies from over 85 claimants as well as civil damages relating to experiences with Carl Blust. I would highly advise you stay clear of this company as it seems very legitimate on the surface , once you begin doing your research the truth really comes out and it is too late.

They (C4) advertise on Craig's list with very misleading ads that make you think they are hiring persons to "REGISTER" or do surveys of customers. They like to advertise on Craig's list using misleading categories such as customer service or general labor. They avoid telling the truth by posting in the sales or marketing ad section. It is really DOOR-TO-DOOR sales. They have a VERY HIGH turn-over. They promise $600 to $1100, but that is a lot more than even the seasoned sales people make. You are trying to get people to switch to so called "fiber-optics" AT&T U-verse TV, internet, and Voice-Over-Internet Protocol (VOIP) telephone service. If they do not get the U-verse TV, then you make very little. If they have DSL AT&T Internet, then you make nothing if they keep the same speed. Fiber-optic lines are run to neighborhood "NODE" boxes, then "TWISTED PAIR" copper wires go the rest of the way to the homes. ONLY in brand new housing additions, you might find fiber-optics all the way to the house, instead of just to the node. However, copper TWISTED PAIR connect your TV's, Phones, and Internet if it is hard-wired to U-verse. The reasons for high-turnover IMHO are many. There are VERY FEW neighborhoods that can get U-verse, and they have to have good credit or put up a deposit by credit card. These limited prospects are called on by a new salesperson, even if they have told the previous 5 or more sales people to never call on them again. They get JUSTIFIABLY RUDE, and you feel like you have totally wasted everyone's time by calling on mad people ... rather than FRESH NEW LEADS as promised. You have to pay for your own gasoline and other expenses. About every day, they like to move you to a different neighborhood that might have been called on 5 or more times by other sales people. Some might have wanted to think about it overnight, and you planned on closing the sale the next day to avoid looking like a high-pressure sales person. But you are told to turn in your lead sheets and work a new neighborhood that be too far away to do a call back except as a three-way call with the sales and credit verification center. you can burn up a lot of money on gasoline to drive to Jenks, Bixby, Claremore, Collinsville, Skiatook, all over Tulsa, etc, to get to a neighborhood that hopefully is physically able to get U-verse and has good credit. It's worse than an expensive game of musical chairs or musical neighborhoods. Sales meeting usually run from 9 to 10 or 10:30 AM. Then during Daylight savings time the sales verification centers when their computers are not down are open from NOON to 9 PM. Sales people are given a list of house numbers that should PHYSICALLY qualify for U-Verse service. The sales people have to walk and knock on doors from 11:30 AM to 9 PM to try to get into houses and PERSUADE them to change services. If they have DISH or DirecTV, then their credit cards or bank accounts may be HIT WITH LARGE EARLY TERMINATION of their contract fees !!! It can be dangerous to walk door to door during ice and snow storms, heavy rains, and extreme heat and weather conditions. Sales people working for C4 have broken bones during their walking work, but C4 won't cover them for on-the-job injures or lost pay, or even send them a get-well card or flowers. There have been complaints that they did not pay their sales people as promised for sales contests or U-verse enrollments. Commissions are subject to charge-backs. They said that there would be no charge backs after installation, but we found out that was not true. We say some sales people who had 13, 15, or more charge backs on their weekly paychecks. About 23% of the paycheck is DEDUCTED to build up and MAINTAIN a $1,000 or larger CHARGE BACK RESERVE account. However, if you have a the high numbers of charge backs, then that reserve account is quickly DEPLETED and then the charge backs come out of your present advance commissions. The weekly pay checks that were seeing ranged from ZERO dollars for many. Some got $45 to $150. Some got checks of several hundred dollars. On really great weeks, the more seasoned sales people might get a check of say $300 to $600, if they are lucky. However, next week the charge backs from previous weeks might make the seasoned sales person's check smaller than a newbie's check. I only know of one seasoned sales person left on the non-management sales team in April. The rest quit and some were left go due to low sales from calling back on DEAD LEADS while hopping for fresh leads with good credit. The cancellations that caused charge backs were for many reasons, but not limited to: AT&T installers missing their appointments or not being able to properly install ALL the services, especially the phone service; customers having to reschedule their install dates and having a distant install date; customers not satisfied with the Internet or TV service; the house not being within range to have U-verse installed; a grounded electrical outlet not being near where the U-Verse electronics were to be installed for the house; etc. Some customers said they were going back to Cox, because AT&T could not get their home phone line switched oVer to VOIP. One unhappy family lost their AT&T home copper phone service for about 18 days while they waited to get the VOIP service in "just a few days." Another family was able to say connected with the copper wire phone service while they waited over two weeks to get switched over to VOIP phone service. Hopefully, the sales training that was almost all verbal and hit-and miss on the job training by SHADOWING another sales person for 1 to 3 days ... has improved. Many were given wrong answers to their questions. That meant that customers were mislead by the misinformation told to the sales person. We were told information that contradicted what we were previously told. The different sales and credit verification centers would counterdict what we were told to offer customers. They might tell the customer that there would be large installation fees, when our written guidelines (directly from AT&T) of what could be done at no extra charge for new customers said there would be no installation charges. They might have not discontinued the free if you get the U-verse TV service. Getting more done later can be expensive. Thus, all your hard work to make the sale done could be undone by a bad call center worker, or a installer who says the wrong thing. Then you get the CHARGE BACk. If a customer calls back to reschedule a installation date, then the call center might cancel the order and make a NEW order. then you get a CHARGE BACk for an order that was still installed, but CANCELLED by the call center. Some sales persons were canceling other sales persons order to take the commission from them. The atmosphere at times was one of total disrespect for the customer and sales people IMHO Most of not all of the AT&T cell phone stores are "Authorized Alliance Solutions Providers" (enrollers) who are competing against you and might cancel out your order to get the commissions and sales order COUNTERS. This is NOT a good company to work with. IMHO.
