A graduate of the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy, Lisa holds membership in Yoga Alliance, the American Massage Therapy Association and the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals. She is certified in massage by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork, and also in yoga and energy healing. She continues her education with studies in herbalism and holistic health.

Lisa's massages reflect her whole-body, whole-life approach to health and healing. Her dedication to Mother Earth is reflected in her daily life by an organic lifestyle that includes her body, home and environment.

Lisa has received reiki certification and Quantum Touch certification in energy work. Her other areas of study are reflexology, ayurveda, energy healing, crystal therapy, aromatherapy and qigong.
