I like the people at Bank of America - they made my life very very easy a few months ago when I had all my credit card information stolen. They helped me through this by getting all of my new information sorted out and connected to my old accounts. This bank is also very friendly if you happen to go inside - the tellers are all very very kind and efficient. I don\'t usually walk inside a bank, but if I have to, I go here. Extra props to this particular location for their ATM and drive thru lanes across the street. Their ATM has this new nifty thing where you can deposit a check without an envelope and it immediately brings an image of the check up on to the screen and gives you a receipt print out of your deposit with the check image (with account numbers blocked out) on it. Not the biggest deal, but it\'s really helpful for my records.
