My partner took her cook in to this place recently to have her car repaired. The insurance company had already agreed to cover the costs and this was all agreed with "Dave" before he proceeded with the work. Unfortunately what transpired was far from satisfactory. Upon completion of the work "Dave" refused to hand over the car until my partner paid for all the work herself or he received payment from the insurance company. The insurance company said one thing and "Dave" said another. He even denied having any contact with them even though their logs clearly showed that he had. Eventually my partner handed over the full amount to "Dave" in tears. She now has to wait for the insurance company to refund her for the amount/ I can not say that this is the standard business practice of this company, only that this was the somewhat unsavory experience of my partner. I did witness the initial agreement made with "Dave" and was privy subsequent conversations with the person and the insurance company. I make no assumptions about the company and their many other business transactions, i can only recount both my own and my partners own unprofessional treatment at the hands of "Dave"
