When we were told just how difficult property in London was we really had no idea how true that was. Thank goodness Pat, a good friend of ours, put us on to Fine Fair when we were looking for somewhere. Although Islington was not our first choice for our move down from Scotland, we could not disagree with the property and the price they presented us in the area. We are very happy with the place, glad to be moved in. Terms and contracts from Fine Fair were all very reasonable and not excessively over our cost expectations. For now I think we will be leasing in the London area, hopefully in the premises we are in now for a while yet. I would expect us to keep using the services of Fine Fair in the future, though, if we want to move into another home. London really is just about impossible without help when you need a property, this company seems to have the magic touch though.
