OK, so I would consider myself a pretty easy going person and was in such mood when entering this establishment on my first and LAST visit. The atmosphere was fairly loud and the joint was a little busy, the hostess was not pleasant when taking us, my boyfriend and I, back to be seated. Upon arriving to the booth she hurriedly spilled the menus on the table without a word and walked off. We tried to move on from this but found ourselves sitting, ready to order, for a good while. It wasn't until we stopped one of the other waitresses that we got any attention. She was sweet and apologized then quickly brought us some drinks. I then tried to get comfy in conversation with my partner, but after a solid good 30 minutes went by and still WAITING for our meals did the waitress come by again to tell us it wouldn't be that much longer for food. Now this young girl who I wish I remembered her name, was very nice having made sure full drinks were available and even bringing out some fries. Aside from that everything else wasn't as pleasant. Finally after a painful time lunch was served, but just as I started to enjoy my southwest pasta I realized something was off, it was cold! Thankfully my partners food was fine but at this point I was ready to leave. The server came back after a few bites and asked how everything tasted, I asked for plate to be sent back. She offered to make a fresh dish and that it would only take a few minutes. I not so kindly declined and just wanted to go! The manager did come out from the kitchen just long enough to say "sorry, it's on us today" no explanation what so ever! As we quickly left the same hostess opened the door and said " thank you and have a nice day"! Why not add insult to injury! This did happen a little while ago, but I still glare with hate at that place every time I drive by, and I make sure that I spread the word about their hospitable service!
