We have rented from dino jump a few times. This last time we rented was just awful! The jump was old, worn out, and had mold and mildew. After the kids had been playing in the bounce house for an hour or so they started complaning it had no bounce. It would also deflate if kids were all on one side . We made many phone calls to have this problem resolved. At one point spoke to the owner who said he didn't have time for our problems he was a busy guy! We just wanted a replacement but when then refused that wanted our money back. The owner is rude and as shady as they come. Will be seeing him in court! Beware when renting from this company!!
