Amazing Selection!
Alans Party Supply is great if you are looking for a wide assortment of items! Inside, they have a wide variety of party supplies such as balloons, party-in-a-box themes, all kinds of streamers and decorations for a party/celebration, a number of cards, and invitations. Employees are very enthusiastic about their job and seem to enjoy it, they are able to direct to the right location, answer your questions promptly, and even help you with party supply ideas. In their store, they heavily were promoting their 'catering' service in which you can rent out a room with their buisness partner ( a roller rink ) and they will decorate the room and manage the party for you. I, however, did not need this, so, I jus bought a wide selection of party items. Helpful Employees, An AMAZING selection, clean and large facility, and great prices all mix for a solid store. Recommended.

A great party place !
I found all of the decorations I needed for my daughter's 3rd birthday at Alans ! They have a huge selection of balloons & party supplies at very reasonnable prices. Their friendly staff gave me tons of tips on making my party a huge success with around 20 fussy toddlers ! They also offer decorating and catering services. I will definitely come back for my daughter's 4th birthday !

Great party place !
My wife and I bought all the decorations we needed for a summer barbecue at Alans. It's got so much stuff, we couldn't believe the assortement of different decorations you could get - WOW !! We definitely plan on coming back to get the decorations for our children's birthday parties. Prices are cheap, staff is very friendly and helpful in helping find the decorations to make your party a sucess.

RUINED MY PARTY!!!
I have to say I can't give Alan Party Rentals any stars. My assistant ordered white folding chairs for our holiday event she specified to APR it was important that everything is white; the theme was winter white. Not only were the chairs not white they were not close to the color on line, they were definitely ivory and besides that they were filthy with extreme scuff marks, red crayon marks and stuck on food. My maintenance supervisor had to clean the chairs the best he could with goof off. I was furious so I called Alan to comment about the color of the chairs I was placed on hold, a rude man returned and basically told me my dissatisfaction was not important because they rent thousands of chairs each month and only get a few complaints regarding color. I never had the opportunity to comment about the dirty chairs I was overwhelmed about the disconcerting attitude of the staff. I will never entrust my party to this place.
