Exceptionally Terrible & Thoughtless Customer Service

Absolutely the worst customer service I have every encountered ~ don't know how they stay in business!

I needed table cloth's and wine glasses to accommodate a party for $125 people. The person on-line, he acted as if I was bothering him...
