Bedside Manner
I took my cat in for emergency bladder crystal complications and they were wonderful to come in on Sunday, but my trust in you (Tom) was shattered when I went to pick my cat up and he was in respiratory distress and you told me the only place this cat belongs is in the river over there. You were referring to the Rogue River up the road. Not only that my cat was panting and I asked what was going on and you said He has a little fluid on his lungs from the anethesia. I asked if he needed a diaretic to shed the water off and you replied No he should be fine. I work in the health care field and I know water on the lungs doesn' t just go away!! So I took my cat, thankfully I did, because he would have died in your hands. I had to rush him IMMEDIATELY to another vet and incurred more financial expenses. I think that you should keep the beside comments to yourself and when a owner tells you that they KNOW what the problem is maybe you should listen!!!!!! And don't overbook your app

Dr. Tom Terbeck is our Hero
When our long-coated Akita was 4 mos she was acting as a therapy dog, at 9 mos. she detected and alerted to cancer in my husband, and at 10 mos. she detected and alerted to cancer in myself so Joy wasn't just any dog to us! She was diagnosed as having Cranial-Cruciate Ligament Rupture and our hearts broke! All we could think of is how can we possibly save our Joy? We were quoted 2,500-5,000 for the necessary surgery and about died. Dr. Tom is going to be able to do the surgery, and take xrays of her hips and knees on 12/13/2010 for a fraction of that. We love and respect the talented staff and Dr. Tom so much and we can't thank him enough for making it possible for us to save our Joy.

wonderful vet!!
I Love this vet! I have not ever had a bad experience with them! I have 3 cats and 2 dogs who always seem to have some sort of vet emergency and I never have a problem getting in to see them. One of my cats got bit by a dog on a Saturday night he broke his hip they met me out there like 930 at night in a half hour (because I had to come from medford) my cat stayed 2 nights and it only cost somewhere between 100 and 120 dollars which they let me make payments on!!Worldwide > United States > Eagle Point, OR > Flea Markets
