Not impressed.
My boyfriend and I went here for restaurant week awhile back...the food was not good, the service was worse, and it was expensive! My shrimp were way overcooked, and the dessert was supposed to be creme brulee but was actually a glorified...Worldwide > United States > Norfolk, VA > Restaurants
