Wells Fargo- go direct, better rate
Wells Fargo Home Mortgage in New Jersey does a great job. Suzann Bowman is very professional. They have interest only, and the best interest rates in New Jersey on 15 year mortgages too. Apply online, via telephone or face to face. I like too that Wells fargo cann do business in all 50 states, not just New Jersey.Wells Fargo Home Mortgage in New York
Suzann Bowman at Wells Fargo Home Morgage did a great job in New York, New York. Wells Fargo took over Norwest which was the best quality mortgage company. I am Glad Norwest merger with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage did not hurt their great rates and service. I hate liars and people who won't lock your rate. Wells Fargo doesn't do that. Suzann Bowman at Wells Fargo usually counsels the benefit of locked rates. She even did a free lock for up to a year on new construction (Builder best).Continued harassment after you pay your morgage payment.Phone calls sometimes two in a day.
On one full year of paying my morgage I have made payments every month on time. Wells Fargo hires people who continue to harass you for payment collection even after you pay. Plus every month they send you a letter saying your payment wasn`t recieved? Please plus they screw up your fico scores by placing payments into diffrent accounts. I have continued to complain but they continue to harass on a monthly basis even after I tell them not to call my house or send letters several times I have called and every so often some one else calls and asks for payment, i am very sorry to have gotten a morgage from them and I pray who ever reads this note takes it for what it`s worth,in misery and harassed , ready for action law suit against them. We have used Wells Fargo for many years but my opinion of them has plummeted within the last month. We have never had late payments but we missed by two weeks (still paid within the one month grace period) and we STILL are receiving 1-2 calls PER DAY including Sundays. Because I am the co-borrower, they hang up on me when I try to ask a question or request a supervisor. My husband travels and is not home for days at a stretch. He actually was home one day last week and was explaining to the rep but she was so rude that he finally just gave up. I am just appalled at their tactics and am currently shopping around so that I can refinance with another lender.
