We did some work with this company, (mike baker) a while back and it has been nothing but a nightmare. They pride themselves with a "contract free" agreement but it really serves as a easy way out of not holding up their end of a agreement (beware of "I don't remember saying that" when they don't own up to their agreements). Even the emails (that I initiated), which contained most of the contract agreements in writing were not honored by Tru-clean. THEY REFUSED THEIR OWN WRITTEN AGREEMENTS. For a company that claims their word is their guarantee, I quickly found out that this very unprofessionally run company is just a sham - their words (promises/agreements, etc) are worth nothing. I lost out on $2000 worth of contracted work performed. Try a different cleaning or janitorial company if you want an honest company.
