Comparing to the local gyms in Sunnyside, Total Fitness could offer you the convenience that no other place could. The machines are sort of outdated however, they get the job done. Air ventilation is decent and the staff would "mostly" gladly do something about it if its too hot. While the fitness equipment is not the best, the aerobic program is very good and the personal training is superb. Trainers will listen to you and provide ecxellent service for a good price. While its no top-notch gym, Total Fitness has lower rates and conciderably better reception service than the other privately owned gyms in the neighborhood. The place is very social (especially aerobics) and is great for meeting people.
