No Show for Airport Service
I had booked this company almost two months prior to our early morning flight out of Midway in March 2008. I spoke to the owner three times, confirming our flights there and back within a week of our travel. I chose this company because of its proximity to each of our homes. We had Seven Adults and Two children booked for a van. The man was very nice and his rates were good, which is another reason why we chose him. Unfortunately, he was a No Show, requiring us to pile into two cars and park them for Ten days at Midway Airport--very costly in comparison to being driven! Each of the numbers listed on his website gave me nothing but a voicemail. After leaving messages saying that we cannot wait any longer and nearly missing our flight--we never received a call back with an apology or explanation. Pay the extra few bucks and stick to a more reputable and professional south suburban service!!

Do NOT Use This Company!
Orland Taxi (also known as Tinley Taxi) www.tinleytaxicom, is a horribly terrible service. We hired this company to transport guests at our wedding in September of 2007 back and fourth from the hotel to the reception which was at most 3 miles away. The driver made one trip from the hotel to the reception and that was it! He never went back for the rest of the guests and what was even worse, was that he never showed up at the end of the reception!

We called to book at round trip transporrt to the airport, we asked for round trip. I asked over and over because we had such an early flight if they would be at our home I was given a 100% guarantee!!!! that they would be at my home 3:45 am to 4:00 am no problem. We had to wake up a nieghbor at 4:20 to get us to the airport. I was even given 2 seperate phone number to call if there was a problem and was told someone would answer. No one ever answered our calls. We were late for our flight we got to our gate while the plane was boarding. I tried to call while gone to see if they would be there to pick us up as we requested round trip. they never bothered to call us back to explian why they never picked us up or why they would not be there to bring us back home. I have yet to recieve any call back from them it is the worst company I have ever dealt with, and I travel for a living!!!!! Please don't give them chance because they will leave you and your family standing with out a ride . They can't even call you back to give a lame excuse of why they didn't show up!!!!!
