Best Yoga Studio in the entire Houston area and one of the oldest. Classes are taught with a compassionate desire to truly help people. Raye Lynn, the owner is the best teacher!

Lovely Yoga Studio
I started going to the Yoga Institute (Houston location) about a year ago and rotate between this and two other Houston studios (The Hope Center and Joy Yoga) depending on my schedule and mood.
