I was hired by this company, worked under the direction of the Stay on Top Tutoring office and Essie Swain who repeatedly assured me that the federal government under NO CHILD LEFT BEHIND and PA Department of Education would pay Stay on Top Tutoring and they would pay me. As time went on I asked repeatedly and once again was reassured that this is how grants work. Finally after almost a year and several cancelled meetings, I demanded payment, It was at this point that Essie Swain and Art Swain Jr. became unreachable. I sent letters, emails and phone messages, but have yet to receive a call back other than one email to let me know the check was in the mail. It's been months.
