What an utter disappointment...
The Ruthies on Dekalb used to be a spot I'd go to pretty regularly but then something changed and the food well....wasn't quite worth it anymore. Needless to say when the spot opened on Myrtle I was pretty excited. To cut to the chase I have tried them three times. Each time a fiasco. Customer service is always nice but... once I ordered 3 fried chicken dinners, only to be absolutely shocked to see the tiny pieces of chicken in those containers when we got home! We were starving after our meal :o( Another time they totally screwed up the sides and the last time they actually had the nerve to skip people ahead of me that are I guess "daily regulars". AND it's not like it's a cheap/cost effective place to eat! I will never go there again.Worldwide > United States > Brooklyn, NY > Restaurants
