Inconvienant Car ServicingFor a dealership that sells high priced cars , I expected a lot better. The dealership has many floors and entrances, which is very confusing. The service department changes staff very frequently and you never get anyone in service that actually knows you or your vehicle. I had a license plate missing after one service. The supposed valet is never available for rides after dropping your car off. This is not a good experience. The only highlights were the Starbucks inside and newly renovated interior.
fraudAs a high priced dealership, i expected more but instead they sold to me a lemoned 2006 range rover from Katrina. three days later the car broke down, a seventy six thousand dollar car, it was incredible to believe, then i threatened to take it to the news they offered to fix the issues that the car have, that was six months ago and i have been at that dealership over 15 times. How convenient!!!!!!!!!!!
