i love this place the atmosphere is so relaxing

I have been going to Heather for a while and she switched salons and is now at Lakewood Salons. The environment is so quiet and i have that one on one personal attention from her. The thing that really got me is that the other salon she was at everyone was in ur business, listening to my every comment and now we only hear each other. I would recommend her to anyone.

Terrible Experience

Terrible haircut and even worse customer service.

One side of my hair is actually about 2 inches longer than the other but, because these are independantly owned stalls, no one will help me fix it. The guy who actually cut my hair "doesn't know when he can fit me in." Do NOT let anyone at this place touch your hair. You'll regret it. I know I do.
