Overpriced! They charge 75% more for Kerastase
I ran over here looking for my usual Kerastase products, everywhere else in LA charges a standard price for these products. The Forcintense is $34 everywhere else so I was shocked when it was listed as $68. I asked the manager on duty and said there must be some mistake. He was totally unsympathetic and couldn't care a less, nope thats what we charge, go buy it somewhere else. The owner sets the price. I looked around and noticed ALL of there products are way over priced. Don't waste your hard earned $ here.

GREAT PRODUCTS, EVEN BETTER SERVICE. Love it!
I stumbled upon this store when I moved to the area, now I go every couple weeks! My favorite thing is this: the owners/workers actually know about every product. Everytime I go I say what I want and they advise me accordingly, and they are always right. Plus they don't even try to cheat you, they will tell you when a more expensive item is not as good! That's honesty I love.

AWESOME...SERIOUSLY
This place has so much variety, it's amazing. Prices are great and salespeople are really know about their products. I used to only go to beauty supplies for special items and I'd get my basics (shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, etc) at the drugstore.
