Old world charm -- wonderful food!
Some people might think this place is only for special occasions because it's in a gorgeous old Victorian home...they'd be WRONG! I went for a casual dinner (Try the homemade tortellis!) with my boyfriend and we were treated like gold by the sweet owner, Dan. The menu is very classic old Italian...huge dishes -- we brought home a doggie bag and had enough for lunch the next day!

I was taken to Guilio's by relatives that live in the area and needless to say how impressed I was, Guilio's is a very warm, inviting restuarant. The food was excellent...the way Italian food should taste....all very fresh & very fairly priced... Now when ever I am in the area I request that we meet there and it has become a regular on our list...the kind of place where you just want to keep going back to....We love the bar....it is so charming...The bartender was great as was the owner Danny.....

Giulio's Resturant of Tappan, is not only one of the best Italian Restaurants in Rockland and Bergen County it is a Landmark. From the moment you walk in you feel special!! I have been going to Giulio's for over 35 years and I can't say enough about the the delicious dishes, the wine list, the beautiful dinning rooms. They also have wonderful rooms for parties and special occasions.
