Good Piercing, Rude Service
They did a good job on my nose piercing an the price was fair, however I was treated very badly by a guy at the front desk who was rude and obnoxious. While waiting I had a few questions because I was a little nervous and he would either ignore me or give me smart ass answers. If I hadn't of already paid I would have walked out. I'm never going to return there to get any more work done.

BAD SHOP
I went to Epic to get my lip pierced. I have 8 other piercings and felt comfortable with the shop. Less than 36 hrs later my lip was so swollen that the back of the post was completely dug into my lip and it was cutting me. It was starting to get infected as well. I did everything that I was told to do in my aftercare, rinsed my mouth out after eating/ smoking, kept ice on it as much as possible and took ibuprofen for the swelling. I called and talked to my piercer who assured me that it was normal and to continue what I was doing. The next morning my lip was even worse. I could not take the pain but since it was a Sunday, few places were open at 11 when I woke up. I finally found a shop that opened at noon and was waiting when they opened. The piercer there told me that 1) I was pierced in the wrong place on my lip, 2) The jewelry post was too short which caused constriction and made my piercing worse and 3) I was pierced with too big of a gauge of needle. When I called Epic back and explained what was wrong, the man I spoke to was very rude and refused a refund and tried to say that I did something to cause the problems.
