I had the worst customer service ever.
I just want to get a bed for my dog. They didn't carry the one that I want at the store in Manhattan, and had to send it from Hampton stroe. They told me that I get the product in 2 days the most. Days went by...nothing in the mail. hummm, what happened to my order??? I called the store numerous times, and every time, they said it was being sent and you should receive tommorow. Well I call a week into the wait and no one would even hand over the tracking number, everyone claims they know nothing about it. Instead of helping with my dilemma they served major attitude and put me through the phone run around calling back and forth between the two stores to no avail. Than I try to cancel and they can't do this for me, only the owner. Someone needs to teach the other employees how to push buttons and give me a refund, than sign them all up for a class in respect and courtousy and teach them about customer relations and how it can be a benifit for business. Now my puppy sits here bedless and uncomfortable and I still don't know where that bed went...but neither do any of the employees.
