Beware dealing with this practice as they will try to convince you you are getting "free" services but that is mostly sales pitches while you are charged for sub par services. I was told I could have treatment with the activator which I've had safely for over 15 years with great results and it was obvious after the second treatment that they are not competent in using this tool. I was also tricked into having my back snapped after being told she was just going to "stretch" my back and then jerked it causing me to have more pain for over a week now. I was told the initial $230 payment included an adjustment which did not happen. I was told to come in early for class that was also part of this payment and given a subpar adjustment, rushed into a class already in session, and charged $45 to be shown some stretching exercises. Now I'm out over $400 and have received less relief than one $37 adjustment from my previous chiropractor. At those prices and subpar communication and treatment it will be worthwhile to drive 5 hours to see a better chiropractor.
