Texoma's Best? I think NOT!!!
This complex is nice looking from the outside, however that is the only positive point. There is a MAJOR noise issue, with little to no insulation between walls/floors. Don't bother asking management for assistance with noise...Worldwide > United States > Wichita Falls, TX > Apartments
