Matt is great.
Matt has been my agent for my truck insurance since I moved to K.C.,MO two years ago. Although he was not in the office on the day I transferred my service, he made it a point to call and welcome me to the city, offer to evaluate my current coverange, etc. So when it came to time for me to buy a house I went to him to insure my house as well. Of course, the multiple service discount State Farm offers was a factor as well.

Poor Service
I had Insurance with that agency before it became MATT KELLY'S, the prior agent was DAVID BISHOP. My parents used that agency starting in 1962 when we moved to Kansas City, so I started using them also at age 16, and my children started using them as they began to drive, that makes well over forty years with the same agency, and three generations. When I actually needed help - Not for me, for my child, he actually cancelled my policy, I've never even had a ticket or an accident. HE WAS ARROGANT AND RUDE, CANCELLED MY POLICY WITHOUT LISTENING TO MY SIDE. I think his office staff actually was calling the shots, and they were ruder than he was.

Matt and his team have been great to work with. They took the time to help me set up my policies in a way I needed. When I had a claim they even helped me file it through the other company so I didn't have a deductible to pay! I think they're great and recommend them highly.American Express
