Law Offices of Thomas P. Kelly III

I handle bankruptcy cases, as well as litigation in state court, federal court, and the bankruptcy court. My practice is based in Sonoma County, but I also represent clients in the counties of Napa, Mendocino, Lake, and Marin.

The majority of my practice is focused on matters that require extensive litigation and trials, with a particular focus on consumer financial issues, including wrongful foreclosures and debt collection practices.

I am a native of Santa Rosa, and I practice with my father, Thomas P. Kelly Jr., who has been an attorney in Sonoma County for more than forty years. My brother John Kelly is also an attorney in Sonoma, and my sister Heather is also an attorney in Houston. We also have two uncles, an aunt, and a cousin who are attorneys as well. I am also a British citizen by descent as my mother is from Northampton, England.
