LaVie and Associates

A native Dallasite, Max grew up in the Preston Hollow area and attended Saint Michael Episcopal School, The June Shelton School and Highland Park High School. After graduating from the University of Arkansas, he quickly returned home to Dallas. From there, he followed his dream of becoming a commercial pilot, earning the rank of Captain in Learjet 35s and IA-Jets. Max believes that working as a Captain prepared him for his current profession as a Realtor®, providing him with countless, invaluable tools and skills.While working as a Captain, Max met the girl of his dreams. He loved flying, but it did not afford him the time he wanted to spend with his soon-to-be wife, so he made a decision to change his career path and life. He put his nose to the grindstone, got his real estate license, and joined Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty. Max feels that being a Dallas native with family living in Park Cities, Mockingbird Park and Lakewood gives him the ability and opportunity to help guide others to find their dream home in the city he knows and loves.Max currently resides in West Highland Park with his wife, Julie, and chocolate lab, Alder.
