CA AB 802
Owners of many commercial and multi-family buildings in California will soon need to comply with the state's energy benchmarking and disclosure law CA AB 802. MEP has superior expertise with energy benchmarking and
AB 802. We will help you figure out if you need to comply, how to do it, and assist with every step along the way. AB 802 goes into effect for utility companies in 2017, commercial buildings in 2018, and for multi-family
residences in 2019. The California Energy Commission recommends that commercial property owners and managers perform benchmarks in 2017 to familiarize themselves with the process and work out any issues that may
arise before they are mandated to comply in 2018. Contact MEP today for more information on California AB 802 and all your energy benchmarking needs.
