I started ilovekickboxing about 6 weeks ago and it is an amazing class and I recommend to anyone willing to give it a shot. It's super fun, the staff is awesome and I feel and look so much better. I look forward to going every chance I get. It's become the best part of my day!

I am so grateful I found this place!! The instructors are amazing. They are motivating, energetic and positive. I felt right at home from the moment I took my first class. I'm have so much fun working out. I've lost 9inches in 3 weeks. I would highly recommend trying it!! Karen Makowsky

I am not a workout person but ILKB has me hooked. It's not easy but you leave feeling awesome. The staff is supportive and fun. I'm happy to be part of ILKB!

Love the atmosphere and energy at this place! Great instructors that push you hard but yet support you along the way. And hey, I'm finding muscles I never knew I had! Highly recommend it!

I had been dying to try kick boxing and couldn't wait for the iLoveKickboxing Cypress, TX location to open up! I am officially addicted! Not only is it an incredible workout and stress reliever...the coaches are fantastic! I can't wait to come back each day! What are you waiting for?! I can't recommend it enough!!!

Great total body workout!!!! The instructors push you to do your best, but you work at your own pace. Great for all ages and body types. Best workout I have had in a long time. Instructors are motivating and fun, the facility is clean and the workout is amazing.

I absolutely love this place! Every staff member that I've met has been so kind and welcoming, and you can tell how passionate they are about their job. The work out is intense but fun! I'm two classes in and completely addicted.
