"From the Farm" features bison tenderloin carpaccio, 8-hour braised short rib, grilled lamb chops, and 18-ounce, certified Angus prime NY steak (bone in).ﾠ For celebrations & large parties, rabbit, 7 to 8 pound suckling pig and a full rack of lamb can be ordered 24 hours in advance.
