Terrible service
I left 2 pairs of boots at Zinke's yesterday. They told me they would be ready today. I arrive to pick them up - the woman can't find them at first. Then she finds them and says they are not ready as "the machine had broken". The tips...

Not good service
I got my shoes fixed and then two weeks later they came unglued.. when i asked them to try again they told me that i had never been there before and that they would have to charge me again.. they could not have cared less....
