Misunderstanding.
?Reputable Breeders do not sell through Pet Stores.? Since when was that a law or regulation? These yorkie breeders bred their own puppies. There is nowhere on the Pet Shop?s website that states ?home bred? puppies.

Steer Clear
Reputable Breeders do not sell through Pet Stores, period. I have been a breeder and I have worked in breed rescue. Puppy Mills come in all shapes and sizes, but they are still puppy mills.
