Yoga Flow Studio is an intimate , bright and peaceful studio space for the private practice of Lorraine Aguilar, Yoga teacher, Yoga therapist and Physical therapist. Lorraine offers private and semi-private yoga sessions, meditation, yoga therapy and holistic physical therapy sessions. Yoga Flow Studio is easily accessed right off of Glen Cove Road in Glen Head. Lorraine as well offers group yoga classes for levels 2-3 at Radd Fitness , 3 Park Plaza in Glen Head. All classes offer expert instruction and a wonderful community of practicioners.
