First, These clubs are no longer World Gyms!! They were sold over two years ago. New owner has done a good job making both clubs user friendly with lots of classes including spinning and Kick Boxing, Up to date Cardio equipment with TVs...

Great place to workout! Clean with no crouds.

Lots of functional equipment which is well maintained. It has all the basics and then some. This club is not a big social scene, its all about getting in shape!
