Don't Special Order Fans

My wife and I special ordered a fan at Wilson's when we couldn't find what we wanted at Lowe's or Home Depot. It looked good in the catalog. We paid more than expected but figured we were paying more for a better product. WRONG!. The fan was very cheaply made, so cheaply made that installation was a real problem - holes for screws didn't align, screw stripped out, etc. We could have found a better fan at half the price. Also - special orders are not returnable. We have shopped here in the past but never again.
