I have to say that this is the worst appartment complex I have ever lived in. The noise is out of control and I have never met my neighbors even when I tried. They are so rude and just don't seem to have the time to say "hi". I get...

Ridiculous! For your own sanity, avoid the Willows.

Horrible. The Willows have long had a spotty history. I read so many reviews, knew that they had problems under both the previous and current ownership, but believed a few reports that things had improved. Wow, was that ever a mistake....
