Shaved Raw

I took my maltese/poodle mix to West End Grooming. They shaved every inch of her raw, including shaving off the long hair on her ears. The dog is still traumatized 2 days later, so I can only imagine how terrible they were to her. I'm...

They use Joy on the dogs and their website is pretty lame...

I couldn't tell from the website if they advertise as organic or anything, but I do know they use Joy dish soap on the animals, not any type of animal shampoo. Probably won't be going back......the best two groomers they had don't work...

Wouldn't trust anywhere else

I wouldn't trust ANYWHERE else in town. I have gotten my westie and yorkie groomed here for 3 years and had plenty of awful experiences until I finally found West End. This is the first groomers where I don't have to drag my dogs in...
