Read this before you give this business any of your money.

This is an experience we had with West Coast Limousine and affiliate company by the same owner of Club.

I recently needed a car to take my kids up to SF for a concert in the bad weather. This company quoted me a rate with tip included to meet their competitor's quote. Deal I said. I called them back later to add a fourth person and asked the person on the phone if the Lincoln Town Car sedan would carry four, she said yes. I asked if there were charges for people, she said no. No change to our quote.

They showed up on time but in a different vehicle (Suburban). I became concerned and checked the driver's paperwork. The price was not what they quoted and they charged me for a vehicle upgrade that I did not ask for. The paperwork also did not show the included tip for the driver (can be $60 of the price).

After my kids left, I decided to call the company. I reached the owner (Reno) and alerted him that the price on the driver's paperwork was not the same as the quote they g
