I wish that I had read these reviews before we rented out our house under their management. The tenants destroyed our home. Wayne Jones does not communicate what so ever about anything at all. Doesn't return calls or emails. The tenants even moved out and he didn't even tell us...just no check came and we were left wondering what was going on. Portions of rent checks came with no explanation for the lost revenue. What the hell did we pay them to manage? If there was a category to subtract ratings I WOULD.
