Worst appartment I ever had

I have lived in different apartments since I came to U.S.A eight years ago. This is the worst one. Very poor customer services. On the first day I came to sign the lease, I was told I was assigned to a unit that was different from the one they told me 10 days ago. I had to tell the phone company, cable company, Comed, post office to change my address again. Besides, if you work 9 a.m.-5 p.m, you are most likely not to be able to find any people working there; the office is always closed.

In addition, the inside of the unit, everything looks so old. There are multiple broken areas in the cabinet. There are stains on the carpet. The blind lacks a slide. After I signed the lease, the lease officer just gave me the keys, didn't show me the unit because she knew there were so many problems there.

Very Satisfied former resident!

Clean well kept landscaped snow plowed management repaired any leaks damage etc. promptly.
