Judges BEWARE!

He was my childrens law guardian appointed by judge Bivona. I had vIdeo surveillance of an alleged domestic incident. I then sat through months of an exclusive occupancy/custody trial. (over 150 thousand in legal fees). The opposing attorney, Maureen Dougherty esq, stole THE VIDEO FOOTAGE from the courtroom and then destroyed it! HE DID NOTHING! I reported the daily abuse of the children via fax and email. He just had meetings with the ex, and BILLED ME for it. He had ten years of documented mental illness suppressed of my ex. I hope all the judges read this and NEVER appoint him, EVER. The purpose of a law guardian is to relieve stress on the courts and families. He is a liar, and a bully. He was also paid in full because he demanded a judgement for his inept services. Close soon Mr. Veraldi.

Domenick Veraldi Jr has been my attorney for the past 22 years. He is one of the finest attorney's on Long Island. He is principuld, honest, and hard working for his client's. His staff is wonderful. You would be hard pressed to find a better attorney for all your needs. I very highly reccomend him, and his partner, David Mansfield too. NOT IF YOU NEED A FIGHTER.

This attorney's office was recommended to me by the relative of a friend. I was very hesitant from the beginning because there was, right from the start, a conversation about what I would be willing to give up. I decided to give them one chance. I ended up with much less than I ever had when they went in to conference. I'm sorely disappointed in the entire office. It should be said that there was never any reason to have to give up rights to which I as a mother am entitled. I was told though, that if I didn't sign the agreement to the motion that there would be much worse, more expensive consequences. I went and found another attorney THAT DAY. My experience was poor. My expectations were not only NOT met, but I was sorely disappointed. Their rates are very high and I would NEVER under any circumstances recommend them. Having made the expensive mistake of retaining this firm, I now have a steep, uphill battle to fight when before it was just a level playing field.

Not good at all

Received information from insider website relating to Domenik Veraldi, JR ESQ. Was going to call his business number to inquire about services. After reading reviews and checking on e-court this person is being sued by client, index # 04627-2008. No thanks, looks like trouble. If it looks like a duck, quacks like a duck it is a duck.

Places children in danger. Read your retainer. Depends on the court system to assign him cases. This man was a horror. Would love to be a fly on the wall in his home observing the way he acts around family.

Lacks integrity, bigot and narcissistic

Mr. Veraldi is against people of color, he will stereotype them so they look bad in the court eyes without any factual evidence. He put my grandson who is only 2 years old in harm way. My grandson received two (2) black eyes and Mr. Veraldi did not investigate...he did nothing but continue to stereotype my family. My grandson was place in his aunts home with his mother, his aunt was very hostile towards my family, she would make annoying calls to our homes; have arguments and fights with my grandson's mother in front of my grandson...Mr. Veraldi should have sent a Social Worker to the home to investigate and speak with anyone who lived there THIS WAS NOT DONE and my grandson received a black eye and him and my daughter-in-law were thrown out of the aunts house my grandson was living out of his mother's van...I took them into my home...WHERE WAS MR. VERALDI, he was to insure my grandson was safe as Judge Cohen stressed sereral times. Mr. Veraldi knew lies were being told about my son an
