my mail more than often gets delivered to my neighbor's address. he's at 1905 divisadero st. i'm at 1905 1/2 divisadero st. this has been an ongoing problem with my mail, especially with my bills in the mail. i've been denied good credit rating because of this and this has caused me a great concern with my credit card bills. i've got fined for it. my interest rate goes way up; for i missed my payment. i did not get the bill for the month because my bill got lost in my neigbor's mail box.
