enjoyable experience

directly acros the street from Az. state univ. I walked everywhere I needed to go on campus. They make visiting your kids at college an enjoyable experience. One of the cleanest hotels I've ever been in.

Good Stay

I got stranded in Phoenix and this was my choice. Location is great and the Ihop downstairs it's a big plus. The only thing I didn't like was the bed so for one night is great but not for more days

Very Comfortable!

i stayed at this hotel several times it is very comfortable and nice the staff was very friendly the pool was warm i intend to stay again the end of this month if i can get a weekly rate within my budget

extremely friendly

The hotel was completely booked. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The van drivers went out of their way to help us. Our room was lovely and you can't beat that location and price.

I LOVE the feel of this hotel

The staff is friendly, the employees bring their dogs to the back office. There is birds in large cages. I LOVE the feel of this hotel...and the location is so convenient.
