Do not use Trinity

rented a jr. one bedroom at 350 Union St. Nothing was as advertised. They were never accommodating despite charging over-market prices. The bed is a two inch thick brick. The refrigerator is a beer fridge you'd expect to see in a college...

They are thieves. The pretend they do not receive your notice to vacate and then keep your deposit. Do not rent from them. They know exactly what they are doing. Scamming their tenants and then keep your deposit.
