I consigned a Paul Evans console in August 2010 with Todd Merrill which he sold in 11/11 for over $100,000 and I have not been able to receive the contracted amount. After threatening lawsuit, he paid me a small part. I have had to hire a lawyer to attempt to get what he contracted to pay within 30 days of sale. DO NOT TRUST him. He keeps lying about when he will pay me.
